P come Psiche: come emozioni e stress influiscono sulla salute dell’intero corpo

La rabbia e la paura sono emozioni ci accompagnano costantemente e sono state lo stimolo all’evoluzione. Nonostante questo, l’intensificazione di tali emozioni porta sicuramente dei problemi: nella vita personale, sociale e lavorativa possono tradursi in una situazione di stress cronico. Le emozioni cosiddette “negative” ci possono far ammalare manifestandosi attraverso l’infiammazione e acidificando il nostro organismo.
