Holly is the Bach Flower for those who sometimes experience deep distress due to feelings of jealousy, suspicion, revenge, or envy.

Holly is by nature very much in need of love and is therefore aware of the importance of this feeling. We can say that Awareness is their innate resource. This characteristic, however, makes them especially vulnerable to deep unhappiness for no real reason when they do not feel their need for love is satisfied. This can lead the Holly type to feel jealousy, envy, or suspicion towards those who seem to be the cause of this frustration.

Holly therefore invites us to develop the virtue of Love, which is the ability to express an unselfish feeling towards others that ends up satisfying oneself as well. In fact, what makes Holly truly functional is not aggression, but the ability to express unconditional love, while being aware that it is a resource that does not run out with use, but, on the contrary, it multiplies.
