Oxidative stress and rest

The exosomes in Exocomplex^® food supplements are extracted from fruits and vegetables grown organically in Italy, without the use of solvents or synthetic products. Plant exosomes are, thus, physically more resistant to external stimuli and demonstrate a greater ability to preserve their antioxidant content.

Adequate intake of fruits and vegetables is essential to maintain good health and ensure that our body has the necessary amount of antioxidants.

Jet lag and shift work sleep disorder are also symptoms of a disrupted circadian rhythm and are associated with elevated oxidative stress.
Papaya and Kiwi have an antioxidant action in that they counteract free radicals and reduce oxidative stress.

Instructions for use

The recommended dose is one or two capsules a day, to be taken between meals and swallowed with a small amount of water.

Ingredients

Corn maltodextrin; hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose capsule; colouring agent: copper chlorophyllin (E141ii); bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; freeze-dried extract of fruits [Asparagus (Asparagus officinalis L, rhizome), Cherry (Prunus avium (L.) L., fruit), Lemon (Citrus limon (L.) Osbeck., fruit), Kiwi (Actinidia chinensis Planch., fruit), Blood orange (Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck, fruit), Papaya (Carica papaya L., fruit), Blonde orange (Citrus sinensis (L.) Osbeck, fruit); support: trehalose].

Food supplement made with ingredients of plant origin. It is free from sources of lactose and does not contain gluten.
