Liver Health

The liver is one of the most complex and sophisticated organs of the entire organism. As a true and proper biological “laboratory”, it has the great capability of acting as a filter and eliminating waste and toxic substances. It produces bile for the digestion of fats.

Unbalanced diet and excess of fats and simple sugars, unregulated lifestyles, overweight and obesity, alcohol abuse, and inappropriate use of pharmaceuticals can alter the healthy state of the liver, causing digestion disorders and the alteration of the normal liver function, thus slowing its physiological functions and regenerative capabilities.

Indications

Epatoguna is a food supplement with freeze-dried pig liver, Choline and Green Tea. Choline contributes to the maintenance of normal liver function and helps to maintain the physiological metabolism of lipids. Green tea (Camellia sinensis L. Kuntze) is an antioxidant and contributes to normal bowel function.

Epatoguna - salute

Description

Epatoguna contains:

  • Freeze-dried pig liver Neorland®: thanks to a controlled process of lyophilization, its specific nutrients are made more bio-available1.
  • Choline: it is an essential nutrient. Several studies point out that a choline low content diet favours the accumulation of fats in the liver.2 Choline supplementation is effective in supporting the proper functioning of the liver.
  • Green Tea (standardized to 40% Epigallocatechingallate [ECGC]): the phenolic compounds of Green Tea, known with the name “catechins”, especially epigallocatechingallate, exert a positive effect on the metabolism of fats and on the maintenance of the body weight balance.3 Consumption of epigallocatechinagallate is recommended to promote good liver function.

Epatoguna ingredients

Thanks to its special pharmaceutical form in tablets with a “gastroprotected” layer, the active components of Epatoguna safely penetrate the gastric barrier, resisting to the attack of gastric juices, and arriving intact at the level of the first tract of the small intestine where they are released in a controlled way and thus absorbed.

Epatoguna is Gluten and GMO free
