The treatment with osteobios in early postmenopausal osteoporosis patients

Osteoporosis is considered one of the most important problem of public health system because of the high costs of osteoportic fractures.  Osteoporosis is one of the main cause of functional disability among older population. This problem  became very acute during the last decades due to the increase number of the old population throughout the world. Among women after ages of 50 the risk of osteoporotic fracture is comparabil with those of breast cancer and cardiovascular risk.  According to the existing data in 1 mln of female population  occurs  at least 1 osteoporotic-related  fracture within 1 year. The incidence of osteoporotic vertebral fractures among the women  after  the ages of 60 is between 25-60%, according to  different epidimiological reports, and the fractures risk presents a high  age corelation. The patients with osteoporotic fractures of the hip  after the ages of 45 present the imortant rate among hospitalization.  The femural neck fractures determine the mortality  rate of 2.8% among the middle age population and 14-36% among the old population.
